Preparing for verifiable migration
Resumption of messages and files is accompanied by verification of accounts, sendings and receipts. The switchover schedule and synchronization operations are adapted to the context.
Treating delivreability
DNS records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, filtering, and transport logs are examined together. No service provider can guarantee the classification of each message among all recipients.

Cloudlab prepares the messaging hosting component. Agedis supports accounts, systems and uses on workstations. When management software or a form must communicate with this messaging, Dtouch can intervene in this integration. The steps and people who validate the tests are defined before commissioning.

Accounts, aliases and shared spaces
The inventory distinguishes people, collective addresses and aliases that refer to another box. It specifies calendars, resources and shared folders, with the rights expected for each. Message curation and research needs are also addressed. This statement makes it possible to prepare a migration by usage profiles: management with delegation, team sharing files, mobile employee or address used by business software.
Tests on devices actually used
Webmail is only part of the journey. Testing may include messaging software, smartphones, invitations, calendar changes and sharing planned in the project. Agedis supports the configuration of positions and accounts; Cloudlab intervenes on the hosted environment. A pilot user can verify an initial set of functions before wider deployment. A result on this driver remains identified as such until the other profiles are checked.
Messages sent by other tools
Contact form, management application, copier or external platform: several tools can send with the company domain name. Their list must be known before reviewing the routing and authentication settings. We identify the service that is transmitting, the domain used and the person who can modify its configuration. The diagnosis follows the path of the message; a correction on the messaging side does not replace a necessary adaptation in the sending software.
Preparing for the Day of Change
The toggle specifies the latest data to be taken over, user settings, communications to be planned and reception checks. Large boxes and collective uses are identified for monitoring. Licenses, synchronization functions and backup requirements depend on the solution chosen. They are defined in the project, with a contact person for account administration and a contact for the hosting aspect.
