Contact form
The form transmits your name, your email address, your company if you provide it, the subject and your message to our server, then to our professional email to respond to your request. No account is created and the content of the message is not kept in a database on the site. A temporary technical cookie secures the form; counters based on a network address fingerprint limit automated sending. They do not contain the message text and are cleaned periodically after 48 hours of inactivity. You can also use our email address directly.
Exchanges by e-mail
When you send a message, the contact details and information you provide are used to process your request and follow up on the exchange. Avoid transmitting passwords or confidential information in an initial contact.
Navigation and resources
The site does not place advertising cookies. With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions to improve the site. Fonts and images are served locally. External links are only open at your initiative.
Technical journals
The web server may retain information necessary for its operation and security, including the IP address, time of the request, requested resource and response code. For any questions about their conservation or your data, contact contact@cloudlab.fr.
Your requests
For a request concerning your personal information or the rectification of an exchange, write to contact@cloudlab.fr. Specify your request without attaching unnecessary sensitive data.
Audience measurement and choice of cookies
Google Analytics measures page views, clicks on contact details and form steps only after your consent. The name, email address, telephone number, attachments and text of your request are not transmitted to this tool. Statistics alone do not prove that an appeal was successful or that a request is qualified.
The local cookie site_consent memorize your choices for 180 days. Google Analytics cookies can be stored for up to two years. The "Cookies" button allows you to refuse or withdraw your consent; then the measurement cookies are deleted. The form remains usable if you refuse the measure.
