Short and long term rental

Resources for your project. Clearly defined ongoing support.

Temporary need, hosting platform or infrastructure to evolve: Cloudlab prepares the provision of resources with a clear perimeter of operation, maintenance and restitution.

A temporary need: also plan its installation and exit

A trial environment, transition or time-limited project requires defining resources, access and useful period. Preparation time, transfers and data recovery are part of the schedule. The proposal confirms the possibilities for making available and the minimum durations.

The perimeter distinguishes between accommodation resources and application work. An available server does not mean that a software is installed, updated or validated for your use. Our team prepares for the distribution of necessary actions according to its competencies.

Over time: resources adapted to your uses

Virtual servers, storage and host environments are dimensioned according to applications and volumes. The formula specifies the resources made available, the terms of change and the conditions for invoicing. The actual availability of capacity must be verified before an increase is made.

We favour free bases and documented interfaces when they are appropriate. The aim is to maintain an understandable architecture and recoverable data. Versions, accesses and dependencies are part of the operating file; they allow to organize maintenance over time.

Maintenance, hosting and backup: define each service

The offer specifies who administers the system, updates applications and controls backup copies. The timetables for assistance, the conditions of intervention and any commitments shall be written. A fee for making available is not sufficient to conclude that all these benefits are included.

A useful follow-up links the alert to the service concerned and then monitors the outcome of the intervention. Version changes and operations that may interrupt the activity are being prepared with managers. The recovery must be studied with the data and means actually planned.

End of performance: recover a exploitable set

Prior to the undertaking, it is necessary to define the export formats, volumes, accesses and deadlines for the return. For an application, files, database and configuration can be indispensable together. Partial exportation is not always enough to rebuild the service elsewhere.

The end of service provides for the retrieval, verification and processing of copies under agreed terms. Accommodation in France and the use of freedom are described by concrete elements; they do not replace conservation and exit clauses. For on-site equipment, our team will direct you to the offers Agedis and Alltech adapted.

The conditions to be specified

Tenders are based on the equipment or service, availability and coverage. Duration, commitment, assistance, maintenance, restitution and separate services are indicated in the proposal.

What is included depends on your offer

The rental does not automatically render all the services included. The proposal distinguishes between making available, installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, licenses and possible external services.

Can we extend or evolve a rental?

The extension, addition of equipment or evolution of resources are confirmed with the team according to the availability and conditions of your offer.

How does the rental end?

The timetable provides for the resumption or export of data, possible return of equipment and accessories, controls and closure of accesses according to agreed conditions.
