Nextcloud: a workspace to size.
Sharing files, links for guests, synchronization between devices, calendars and contacts: we prepare the resources and operating rules with the expected uses.
Nextcloud Office for co-publishing and Nextcloud Talk for video can complete the project, depending on the components, versions and resources selected. Capacity, options, updates and application monitoring are detailed in your proposal.
Zimbra: messaging and shared agendas.
For business mailboxes, domains, contacts and calendars, our Zimbra courier offer allows for the preparation of uses and migration. Messagery and documentary space are chosen together when they have to work in the same environment.
Agedis supports positions, accounts and handling; Dtouch intervenes when exchanges with a portal or a business application are necessary.
Sovereignty: make data control concrete.
Accommodation is offered in France. We specify the host environment, the participants, the administration access and any third-party services used. The proximity team at Ostwald allows you to talk about it with the people who follow your project.
Location is only one point of choice: administration scope, backup methods, export formats, volumes and restitution conditions are defined with you. The codes specific to your services, architectural diagrams and documentation for your environment are at your disposal.
Provide for recovery and exit from the start.
Before the cutover, we identify data, accounts, shared links and dependencies. A recovery test allows you to check the functions used. Backup and restoration are tailored to the applications, settings and data involved.
The proposal distinguishes between hosting, system administration, application maintenance and backups. It also specifies assistance, support periods and migration or return conditions.

Are co-publishing and video included?
They are studied according to the project. The modules, resources, possible licenses and monitoring methods must appear within the chosen scope.
Can we recover our data to change solutions?
The available exports, the data and parameters to be returned, the volumes, the deadlines and the support are provided for in the reversibility conditions of your offer.
