Understanding dependencies
Software versions, modules, database, documents, planned tasks and external access: we identify the elements necessary for the operation of the application.
Solution 06 / Business applications
Dolibarr, collaborative tools and tailor-made applications: hosting must take into account users, modules, processing and data exchange.
Your offer in plain language
The proposal distinguishes the hosting environment, system administration, application maintenance and backups. The migration specifies the accesses to be recovered, the checks and the cutover schedule.
Preparing my project →Capacity, prices and commitments are detailed in your proposal, depending on your applications, volumes and operating methods chosen.

Software versions, modules, database, documents, planned tasks and external access: we identify the elements necessary for the operation of the application.
We use a staging environment when the project requires it. Updates and updates are checked on the functions actually used: connection, reading of data, documents and exchanges.
When a problem passes through multiple layers, the application experience counts. The development and integration of Dtouch the infrastructure approach of Cloudlab.
Preparing your project
A business application may depend on a database, document, directory, courier or external service. Before defining its hosting, you must bring the requirements of the editor closer to the uses of the teams: local and remote access, processing, updates and exchanges between software.
Cloudlab prepares the data center component and reception conditions. Agedis supports the preparation of servers and systems. Dtouch works on business developments and integrations. This distribution makes it possible to define what must be checked after a migration: access, documents, processing and connections with other tools.
Identify exchanges between applications, shared directories, messaging services and connections with company sites.
Bringing together the needs of the publisher, user constraints and the ability to change the environment. The load assumptions must be explicit.
Hosting, system administration and application support have complementary scopes. Specifying them makes it easier to monitor and organize interventions.
Preparation questions
The scope can concern a service or a set of applications. The study specifies what remains on site and the exchanges to be maintained between the environments.
Its prerequisites, access modes and dependencies are examined with the publisher or integrator. They guide resources, network and migration stages.
Understand and prepare
A specific ERP, portal or application rarely depends on its only login page. Documents, bases and treatments must follow the same operating framework to ensure that the work remains consistent.
The first statement describes the software version, the database used, the document folders and the publisher's prerequisites. It also specifies external services: messaging, supplier catalog, store, directory or shared storage. Some operations are immediate; others are executed by a scheduled task. Knowing this rhythm allows you to prepare hosting that takes into account imports, document generations and periods of high use.
Cloudlab brings the data center and reception environment component. Agedis intervenes on the systems, access and administration operations selected. The publisher or integrator remains responsible for its application scope. Dtouch can develop a specific module or connection when a need justifies it. This organization is based on a shared list of prerequisites and verifications; it does not imply replacing the partner who already knows your business.
An application's data can be found in several sets: base, attachments, models, images and configurations. The study specifies how to copy them consistently and when to suspend writing if necessary. The prior backup, the return point and the intervention conditions are defined with the system team and the application partner. A basic conversion or a change of version is subject to a separate scope only from the hosted files.
The control must go beyond displaying the connection: finding a file, opening a part, producing the expected document and verifying an exchange with another tool, depending on the functions concerned. The person responsible for validation knows the company's practices. The results and any reservations are kept for follow-up. Maintenance access and documentation of the new operation are organized before the transmission of the environment.

Complementary skills
An application depends on its hosting and its interaction with the rest of the system. Preparing a project requires knowledge of the useful services, their connections and the people who administer them.
Development and integration are studied with Dtouch or your publisher; systems with Agedis. Cloudlab is preparing the agreed data center component to accommodate this set.
