Understand and prepare
In the 2022 Clestra project, hosting is provided by SDV. The contribution of Patrice, then in his Reymann journey, concerns technical exchanges and the preparation of access conditions.
Preparing the server requires discussions between the IT manager, the host and the team working on the site. You need to know which environment joins the project, to whom to transmit the technical elements and who can authorize access. The information must allow everyone to intervene within their scope. In this file, SDV sets up the server and technical coordination supports the preparation of access for the project team.
The host prepares the server within its scope, the application team intervenes on the site and the company validates the needs and authorizations. This reading helps to organize the steps of putting it online, then to direct an incident to the right specialist. The coordination role consists of making prerequisites and decisions understandable. Patrice contributes to these exchanges as part of the Reymann project; SDV acts as host.
Before a migration or commissioning, we suggest specifying the participants, the necessary access, the data to be collected and the expected controls.
